All products are new, 100% authentic, sourced directly from brands, their official distributors, or hand-carried from the US by the Dr Swag team.
3. Pricing
Prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before order validation.
4. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
5. Payment
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alma 3× free. SSL 256-bit secured.
6. Shipping
Mainland France: 24h standard via Colissimo. International: 5-7 days. Tracking always provided.
7. Right of withdrawal
Per French law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. Products unworn, tags intact.
8. Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and against hidden defects applies.
9. Disputes
French law applies. Toulouse courts have jurisdiction in case of commercial dispute.
