Returns policy
14 days to change your mind. Unworn, tags intact. Simple and fast process.
1. Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
2. Return conditions
Any returned product must be new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with its tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. DR SWAG reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before accepting any return. Any item showing signs of use will not be accepted.
3. Procedure
Send an email to contact@dr-swag.com with your order number and the subject 'Return'. We'll reply within 24h with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.
4. Refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return. The refund covers the item price and initial shipping costs (excluding any additional charges you chose).
5. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To change size or model, return the item and place a new order.
6. Excluded items
Sale items, items on promotion, limited-series items, as well as Jordan Retro shoes, cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, caps also cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-order items, limited editions, and personalised items are subject to specific conditions noted at the time of purchase.
7. Defective item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. Return shipping is fully covered by Dr Swag in this case.
